Mayor Muckle asked <br />when the debt service payments will begin. City Manager Fleming stated that he <br />believed they were waiting for the record of decision and would discuss with the <br />Water Committee. <br />Councilmember Keany requested additional information on the following <br />invoices: <br />Kathryn Lawrence — 25th Anniversary Calendar <br />(copy of invoice requested) <br />Minuteman Press Boulder — Spring Newsletter Printing <br />(copy of bids requested) <br />$ 375.00 <br />$3,865.20 <br />Councilmember Keany stated there are many credit card purchases and clarified <br />with staff that the purchases are reviewed by Department Directors. Finance <br />Director Watson stated that they are reviewed at the department level, and also <br />by the Finance Department to the extent that the purchases meet the City's <br />Purchasing Policy and Food Policy. <br />Mayor Muckle asked if, when possible and cost effective, the Library source new <br />books from local bookstores. <br />The Committee requested clarification for the Chevy Silverado 3/4 Ton Truck with <br />Plow Package, specifically, what areas of the Golf Course would the truck and <br />plow be used for (sidewalks, parking areas only, other City facilities). <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br />The next Finance Committee Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2015 <br />at 7:30 a.m. Discussion items currently scheduled for a future meeting are: <br />• Financial Statements — year end 2014, and for the Period Ended March 31, <br />2015. <br />• Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended February 28, 2015. <br />• Cash & Investment Report as of March 31, 2015. <br />• List of Bills <br />Finance Director Watson stated that the CIP forms and instructions would be <br />distributed to departments soon, and clarified that the Committee did not need to <br />review the forms prior. The Committee stated that they did not wish to review the <br />forms again, but they do wish departments to continue to prioritize their requests <br />in order of importance.
