Once the
alternatives have been endorsed by Planning Commission and City Council, staff and
consultants will evaluate them against the previously endorsed measures of success.
Staff and consultants will also develop traffic and fiscal analyses and produce illustrative
drawings to give an indication of the potential look and feel of development under each
alternative. This work will be presented to the public, Planning Commission, and City
Council to develop a fourth, preferred alternative, which will be the basis for the final
adopted plan.
5
