DeJong will adjust spreadsheet to <br />show Safeway redevelopment residential coming later. <br />Tebo and Safeway to be moved back one year — how much will that affect TIF? <br />DeJong will process and answer. The running balance of unencumbered funds <br />balance should be higher. Aaron will adjust. <br />Commissioner Lathrop — even if Tebo is moved out another year, he is <br />comfortable with numbers. <br />Should be able to pay off bonds several years in advance. Could refinance in the <br />future to get lower interest rate. <br />Spreadsheet is a tool, not guaranteed. LRC will look at this a couple times per <br />year. <br />Chair and Aaron thanked Steve Fisher for review of the document. <br />Public Comments: <br />None <br />Commissioners' Comments — <br />Commissioner Tofte has not been able to talk with neighbors about issues <br />concerning his neighborhood. <br />New items for next meeting and future agendas: <br />• Update to TIF Projection Model <br />• DELO Update <br />• Dave Sinkey has been tracking construction defect litigation and will forward <br />information to LRC.
