Award Bid for 2015 Water Main Replacement Project <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muck le an. nounced the Coal Creek Golf Course will reopen on June 27th at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />No items to report. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PROCLAMATION — OLDER AMERICANS MONTH <br />Senior Services Supervisor Beasley introduced members of the Senior Advisory Board: <br />Julie Stone, Debbie Fahey and Betty Heinrich and Senior Services staff members Diane <br />Evans and Trish Morgan. <br />Mayor Muckle proclaimed May as Older Americans Month in the City of Louisville. He <br />read the proclamation and presented it to the Senior Advisory Board members and the <br />Senior Services. <br />Senior Advisory Board Member Julie Stone thanked the Mayor and City Council for the <br />proclamation. She invited all seniors to a Hawaiian Luau on May 20th at the Louisville <br />Recreation Center. Senior Services Supervisor Beasley thanked the Mayor and Council <br />for recognizing Louisville's seniors. <br />RESOLUTION No. 25, SERIES 2015 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS <br />ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH MCCASLIN RETAIL, LLC FOR AN ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />Economic Development Director DeJong explained staff requests City Council action on <br />a proposed Economic Development Business Assistance Package (BAP) for a retail <br />expansion project located at 994 Dillon Road. The McCaslin Marketplace project is a <br />redevelopment of the property at 994 Dillon Road. The property is currently tenanted by <br />
