RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT, FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD) PLAN, AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO ALLOW FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BUILDING AND ADDITIONS TO TWO EXISTING <br />BUILDINGS TOTALLING 27,000 SQUARE FEET AND ALLOW OUTDOOR SALES AND <br />ACTIVITIES AT THE GRAIN ELEVATOR SITE, 500 -544 COUNTY ROAD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for a Final Plat, Final Planned Unit Development (PUD), and Special Review Use (SRU) to <br />allow for the construction of a new building and additions to two existing buildings totaling <br />27,000 square feet and allow outdoor sales and activities at the Grain Elevator site, 500- <br />544 County Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related <br />policies; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 9, 2015, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of said plat, PUD, and SRU to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that said final plat, final PUD, and <br />SRU should be approved, subject to the following condition: <br />1. The use of outdoor areas shall be limited to between the hours of 8 a.m. and <br />midnight, and outdoor amplified music shall be limited to no later than 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday through Thursday and to restrictions set forth in the municipal code in effect <br />from time to time. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a Final Plat, Final Planned Unit Development, and Special <br />Review Use to allow for the construction of a new building and additions to two existing <br />buildings totaling 27,000 square feet and allow outdoor sales and activities at the Grain <br />Elevator site, 500 -544 County Road, with one condition: <br />1. The use of outdoor areas shall be limited to between the hours of 8 a.m. and <br />midnight, and outdoor amplified music shall be limited to no later than 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday through Thursday and to restrictions set forth in the municipal code in effect <br />from time to time. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2015. <br />Resolution No. 29, Series 2015 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
