1„ City <br />of <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO SINCE 1878 <br />Open Space Advisory Board Meeting Minutes <br />Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 <br />Superior Town Hall <br />124 Coal Creek Trail Road <br />6:30 pm -7:00 pm <br />I. Call to Order: Helen called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. <br />II. Roll Call: <br />Board Members Present: Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz, Linda Smith, Spencer <br />Guthrie and Tom Davinroy <br />Board Members Absent: Christopher Smith, Laura Scott Denton and Missy Davis <br />City Council Members Present: None <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull <br />III. Approval of Agenda: <br />Laura moved to approve the agenda as written. Spencer seconded. The motion <br />was passed unanimously. <br />IV. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: <br />Linda moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting with the <br />aforementioned changes. Tom seconded. The motion was passed unanimousley. <br />Page 7, item G should read April 25th rather than April 30th <br />V. Staff Updates: <br />• Changes to packet procedure — 3 packets will be printed for the public; if an <br />OSAB member requires the City to provide a hard copy they must get special <br />approval from Joe Stevens. <br />• Temporary interpretative education sign for Harper kiosk is going up this week. <br />• Irrigate at Damyanavich will be delayed due to the HWY 36 managed lanes <br />construction. Additional ditch work needs to occur in order to reestablish the <br />original ditch which has been graded over. <br />• Ditch maintenance at Warembourg has occurred so that water from the <br />Goodhue ditch can be conveyed to the stock pond. <br />• Ron Stewart (Boulder County) and Malcolm agreed on a procedure for water <br />priorities (Colorado Big Thompson and ditch water) for Harney Lastoka and <br />Hecla, this will be incorporated into an IGA. <br />• April 17th- Fishing Frenzy volunteers needed.
