1„ City of Om Louisville COLORADO SINCE 1878 Open Space Advisory Board Meeting Minutes Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 Superior Town Hall 124 Coal Creek Trail Road 6:30 pm -7:00 pm I. Call to Order: Helen called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. II. Roll Call: Board Members Present: Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz, Linda Smith, Spencer Guthrie and Tom Davinroy Board Members Absent: Christopher Smith, Laura Scott Denton and Missy Davis City Council Members Present: None Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull III. Approval of Agenda: Laura moved to approve the agenda as written. Spencer seconded. The motion was passed unanimously. IV. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Linda moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting with the aforementioned changes. Tom seconded. The motion was passed unanimousley. Page 7, item G should read April 25th rather than April 30th V. Staff Updates: • Changes to packet procedure — 3 packets will be printed for the public; if an OSAB member requires the City to provide a hard copy they must get special approval from Joe Stevens. • Temporary interpretative education sign for Harper kiosk is going up this week. • Irrigate at Damyanavich will be delayed due to the HWY 36 managed lanes construction. Additional ditch work needs to occur in order to reestablish the original ditch which has been graded over. • Ditch maintenance at Warembourg has occurred so that water from the Goodhue ditch can be conveyed to the stock pond. • Ron Stewart (Boulder County) and Malcolm agreed on a procedure for water priorities (Colorado Big Thompson and ditch water) for Harney Lastoka and Hecla, this will be incorporated into an IGA. • April 17th- Fishing Frenzy volunteers needed. Tom, Spencer, and Mike volunteered. • April 25th- Purge the Spurge Event on Sat.
