Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 27, 2015 <br />Page 5of6 <br />Trice asked the board if they would be interested in inviting previous board <br />members to the May meeting to show them the preservation master plan. <br />Stewart recommended having them come to a meeting after the plan is <br />adopted. <br />Discussion — Loan Program RFP <br />Trice presented staff's report. <br />Koertje recommended some modifications to the proposed wording found in <br />the packet. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the specifics of the program. It was <br />determined the City Attorney should review and provide comment. <br />Committee Reports — <br />Fahey stated they did the historic structure of the month in the DBA newsletter, <br />1116 Jefferson. The next structure will be the State Mercantile <br />Trice presented information regarding the booth at Farmer's Market. <br />Haley stated she and Fahey made it so they can both run the booth but if <br />others are interested to participate it would be great. <br />Update on Demolition <br />501 Jefferson <br />Trice presented the update for the garage demolition. The subcommittee released <br />this permit. <br />1337 Grant <br />Trice presented the update for the garage demolition. The subcommittee released <br />this permit. <br />Update on Alteration Certificate Requests — 717 Main Street <br />Trice presented the update for the replacement of about 30 shingles. The <br />subcommittee released this permit. <br />Updates from Staff — none heard <br />Items from Commission Members - none heard <br />
