Denver Commercial Builders a cost-plus, not-to- <br />exceed design/build construction contract in an <br />amount not-to-exceed $3,195,000. The motion <br />passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br />DISCUSSION/DECISION - AUGUST 15TH COUNCIL <br />MEETING (Deleted from Agenda - rescheduling unnecessary) <br />AUTHORIZATION - CHANGE PUBLIC HEARING DATE - ORDINANCE #995, SERIES 1989 <br />E-911 AGREEMENT (Deleted from Agenda - rescheduling unnecessary) <br />OTHER: Stahl introduced Steve Baysinger as the City~s new <br />Community Services Director stating that Baysinger <br />was the Recreation Director in Greeley. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS: None. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE <br />REPORTS Sackett stated that the Governor appointed him to <br />the Air Quality Council and thanked everyone for <br />their support. <br />Mayor Fauson stated that the landfill was an <br />emotional issue and created controversy in the <br />community and now that the voters have made their <br />decision, it is time to go on to other business at <br />hand, i.e., golf course, So. Bldr. Road project, <br />recreation center, library and downtown project. <br />ADJOURNMENT With no further business, Mayor Fauson moved that <br />the meeting adjourn. Anderson seconded. Motion <br />carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m. <br />
