Franklin explained that the owner of Lots 2-6 Block 1 <br />Ponderosa Subdivision, Flagstaff Enterprises <br />Construction Inc., has requested approval of a replat <br />of these lots. The replat deletes one of the <br />existing lots and enlarges the remaining lots. <br />Planning Commission reviewed this request and <br />recommended approval with the condition that the <br />existing storage yard be relocated prior to City <br />Council action. Franklin reported that that has <br />occurred. <br />Carnival moved and Anderson seconded to adopt <br />Resolution #37, Series 1989. By Roll Call Vote, the <br />motion passed 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION #38, SERIES 1989 - 1989 BUDGET AMENDMENTS - <br />PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Resolution #38, Series 1989, "A <br />Resolution amending the 1989 Budget by increasing <br />revenues and appropriations in the General, Capital <br />Improvement, Debt Service, Sales Tax Capital <br />Construction, Water and Wastewater, and Coal Creek <br />Golf Course Funds." <br />Asti-Caranci stated that Colorado Budget Law requires <br />that the resolution to amend the budget be published <br />and a public hearing set. Staff is seeking Council <br />approval to place Resolution #38, Series 1989, out <br />for publication and a public hearing set for December <br />5, 1989. The amendments include unanticipated <br />revenues, additional authorized 1989 projects, <br />expenditures for 1988 projects that carried over into <br />1989, and 1989 expenditures that are exceeding the <br />budget appropriation. <br />Mayor Fauson moved and Scarpella seconded to place <br />Resolution #38, Series 1989 out for publication and <br />set a public hearing for December 5, 1989. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE #1015, SERIES 1989 - AMENDMENT TO LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE - CHAPTERS 1 AND 2 - 1ST READING, <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING Read by title only, Ordinance #1015, Series 1989, "An <br />Ordinance amending Titles 1 and 2 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code." <br />Stahl explained that there are inconsistencies within <br />the Code Book simply because of on-going additions <br />and amendments and this is the first attempt to amend <br />areas where these inconsistencies occur. Other <br />chapters of the Code wi:11 be review throughout next <br />year. <br />9 <br />
