ADJOURN <br />* Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Section 2.92.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code, notice is hereby <br />given that on or after April 1, 2008, at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting, <br />the City of Louisville will make a final determination as to the purchase, for right- <br />of-way purposes for the Dillon Road Project, of fee title and easement interests in <br />the following generally described parcels of land, all of which are located along <br />that stretch of Dillon Road lying between South 96th Street and a point <br />approximately 700 feet east of South 104th Streett in Sections 15, 16, 21 or 22, <br />Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.P~I. and all of which are legally <br />described in Ordinance No. 1531, Series 2008, which Ordinance is set forth <br />below: <br />(1) fee title to 60-foot strip, totaling 37,593 square feet, and referred to as the <br />Boulder County Open Space East Right-of-Way Parcel; (2) easement interest in <br />a 10-foot strip totaling 6,229 square feet, and referred to as the Boulder County <br />Open Space East Temporary Construction Easement; (3) fee title to a 35-foot ad <br />60-foot strip, totaling 55,113 square feet and referred to as the Boulder County <br />Open Space West Right-of-Way Parcel; (4) easerent interest in a 10-foot strip, <br />totaling 11,084 square feet, and referred to as thE; Boulder County Open Space <br />West Temporary Construction Easement; (5) fee title to a 35-foot strip, totaling <br />33,222 square feet, and referred to as the Hoyle Right-of-Way Parcel; (6) <br />easement interest in 10-foot and 30-foot strip, totaling 9,850 square feet, and <br />referred to as the Hoyle Temporary Construction Easement; (7) fee title to a 35- <br />foot strip, totaling 7,000 square feet and referred to as the Self Right-of-Way <br />Parcel; (8) easement interest in a 10-foot strip, totaling 2,000 square feet, and <br />referred to as the Self Temporary Construction Easement; (9) fee title to a 45- <br />foot strip, totaling 13,718 square feet and referred to as the Hunt Right-of-Way <br />Parcel; (10) easement interest in a 10-foot strip, totaling 3,047 square feet, and <br />referred to as the Hunt Temporary Construction Easement; and (11) fee title to a <br />25-foot and 50-foot strip, totaling 53,900 squarE: feet and referred to as the <br />Keown Right-of-Way Parcel. <br />The Dillon Road Project includes reconstruction of, and drainage and roadway <br />improvements on and adjacent to Dillon Road from 96th Street to a point <br />approximately 700 feet east of South 104th Street;, including a traffic signal at the <br />intersection of Dillon Road and Pierce Avenue. Regularly scheduled City Council <br />meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the <br />Council Chambers, Louisville City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado, <br />80027.
