<br />2007 Audit Update: Hiratsuka and Schmitt <br />The auditors will be out the last week in January. Hiratsuka and Schmitt lost their audit <br />manager, Pat, who staff was working with. A new person is taking his place, Deb, and she will <br />probably be at the February or March board meeting. <br /> <br />Resolution 2007-15:Resolution approving the expenditure for window replacement at <br />Sunnyside Apartments. <br /> <br />Terri motions to approve.
