He asked if there were any objections and seeing none entered the <br />following motion: <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda seconded by Mayor <br />Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approve Resolution No. 32, Series 2015 - A Resolution Approving a <br />Parking Lot Lease Agreement by and between the City of Louisville <br />and Kokoplaza Partners, LLC <br />C. Approve Resolution No 33, Series 2015 —A Resolution Approving a <br />Business Assistance Agreement with Fresca Foods, Inc. for an <br />Economic Development project in The City of Louisville <br />D. Approve Resolution No. 34, Series 2015 —A Resolution Approving a <br />Business Assistance Agreement with Hope Foods, LLC for an <br />Economic Development Project in the City of Louisville <br />E. Approve Resolution No. 35, Series 2015 — A Resolution Approving a <br />Business Assistance Agreement with Aquahydrex, Inc. for an <br />Economic Development Project in the City of Louisville <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle reported he had, along with members of the Historic Preservation <br />Commission and citizens visited three landmarked buildings in town. Each landmarked <br />building received a plaque. He noted 740 Front was landmarked, restored and open <br />tonight as a new restaurant. <br />Council member Keany noted he and some Golf Course Advisory Board members took <br />a tour of the golf course, looking good with minor exceptions. He was pleased with the <br />progress. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br />1. Hwy 42 and Paschal Drive signal - received bids and the low bid should allow <br />the project to be about $30,000 less than budgeted. Council approval will be <br />sought at next week's meeting and project completion is expected before end of <br />the year. <br />2. Taste of Louisville this weekend — Parking Ambassadors have been hired and <br />will be helping people find legal parking spaces during special events. They can <br />issue tickets but will primarily facilitate finding spaces and getting folks to events. <br />3. Survey on website conceming composting. He asked residents to take the <br />survey to help staff and Western Disposal determine how to better serve <br />residents. <br />
