Promotion of "Shop Louisville" using "Shop Louisville" emails <br />Regular promotion of "Shop Louisville" by mailing to "Shop Louisville" contest and <br />newsletter opt-in registrants when there is a reason to drive them to the "Shop Louisville" <br />site <br />a. Monthly, to announce latest "Merchant of the Month" <br />b. Tri-annually, to promote and announce the winner of the "Shop Louisville" drawings <br />c. As required, to announce "Shop Louisville" news and events as they occur <br />Note: the above are not mutually exclusive, and will be combined as the "Shop Louisville" <br />communication plan dictates. "Shop Louisville" registrants will not receive more than 1 <br />email/month. <br />5. Promotion of "Shop Louisville" through the Chamber of Commerce and DBA <br />The promotion of "Shop Louisville" leveraging pre-existing Chamber and DBA <br />communication vehicles and events <br />a. Coordinated through BRaD/City Staff in quarterly planning meetings <br />b. "Plug and Play" promotion - i.e. easy for Chamber and BRaD to accommodate (inserts <br />into mailings, spot for "Shop Louisville" signage at events, etc.) <br />6. Promotion of "Shop Louisville" through. City Council and City Staff <br />The promotion of "Shop Louisville" through City Council communications and interactions <br />with their Louisville constituents, and through Staff with. similar resident interactions <br />a. Coordinated through BRaD/City Staff in quarterly planning meetings <br />b. ZVC to provide relevant talking points for Council/Staff on a quarterly basis, <br />leveraging current or anticipated "Shop Louisville" points of interest (drawing, <br />merchant of the month, etc.) <br />
