RESOLUTION NO. 46 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 9T" AMENDMENT TO THE AMENDED AND <br />RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CENTENNIAL VALLEY <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for <br />approval of an amendment to the Centennial Valley General Development Plan, including <br />a proposed 9th Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Agreement, in <br />order to authorize an increase in retail square footage for property located at 994 W. Dillon <br />Road and designated Parcel H on the General Development Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amendment to the General Development <br />Plan and associated agreements have been reviewed by City Staff, the Planning <br />Commission and City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 11, 2015, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report dated June 11, 2015, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of said amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies the Louisville <br />Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an 9th Amendment to the Amended and <br />Restated Development Agreement for Centennial Valley. <br />Attest: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of uly, 2015. <br />By: -eV <br />Robert P.
