The proposed lot coverage shall not exceed 8.5% \ <br />If a final P.U.D. for the property is <br />approved to the satisfaction of the City and the Owner, the Owner shall place the <br />restrictions of this paragraph 14 in the deed for the parcel of the property located on <br />the west side of McCaslin Boulevard, Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway PUD, a/k/a Copper <br />Hill Community Interest Community, Assessor Parcel Nos. 157507226001 Parcels <br />No. 4 and No. 5. <br />2.
