Authority member Lipton asked if any members of the Authority were concerned about the renewal for Henry's. Authority Attorney Culley reminded the Authority of the reasons a renewal could or could not be approved. After further discussion, Lipton moved to approve the consent agenda. Tennessen seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado — yes, Tennessen — yes, Hughes — yes and Lipton — yes. Hervey and Carlson absent. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Transfer Application /Tastings Application — MGS Corporation Inc. d /b /a Down Under Wine and Spirits — Retail Liquor Store License — 1140 Pine St. #1 Chairperson Machado noted this was a transfer of the Retail Liquor Store License for Down Under Liquor, now to be called Down Under Wine and Spirits. Authority Attorney Gulley noted question #19 on the application was checked "yes ", however, the applicant marked it in error and it will be changed to "no" as there is no tax distraint. Secretary Hanson noted the expiration for the lease is 2025 not 2021 as noted on the application. The change will be completed on the original application.
