Authority member <br />Lipton asked if any members of the Authority were concerned about the <br />renewal for Henry's. Authority Attorney Culley reminded the Authority of the <br />reasons a renewal could or could not be approved. After further discussion, <br />Lipton moved to approve the consent agenda. Tennessen seconded. Roll <br />Call Vote: Machado — yes, Tennessen — yes, Hughes — yes and Lipton — <br />yes. Hervey and Carlson absent. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Transfer Application /Tastings Application — MGS Corporation Inc. d /b /a <br />Down Under Wine and Spirits — Retail Liquor Store License — 1140 <br />Pine St. #1 <br />Chairperson Machado noted this was a transfer of the Retail Liquor Store <br />License for Down Under Liquor, now to be called Down Under Wine and Spirits. <br />Authority Attorney Gulley noted question #19 on the application was checked <br />"yes ", however, the applicant marked it in error and it will be changed to "no" as <br />there is no tax distraint. Secretary Hanson noted the expiration for the lease is <br />2025 not 2021 as noted on the application. The change will be completed on the <br />original application. <br />
