RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION <br />PLAT OF APPROXIMATELY 33.12 ACRES INTO ONE 30.11 ACRE LOT (LOT 1) AND <br />ONE 3.01 ACRE TRACT (Tract A). <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br />application for approval of a request for a preliminary subdivision plat of approximately <br />33.12 acres into on 30.11 acre lot (Lot 1) and one 3.01 acre tract (Tract A) for a property <br />located at 10101 Dillon Road, adjacent to the Colorado Technology Center; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br />comply with Louisville Municipal Code Chapters 16.12.110 and 17.12.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on July 9, 2015, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission Staff Report dated July 9, 2015, the Planning Commission <br />forwarded a recommendation of approval to the City Council for a preliminary <br />subdivision plat of approximately 33.12 acres into on 30.11 acre lot (Lot 1) and one 3.01 <br />acre tract (Tract A) for a property located at 10101 Dillon Road, adjacent to the <br />Colorado Technology Center, without condition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approves a resolution approving a request for a <br />preliminary subdivision plat of approximately 33.12 acres into on 30.11 acre lot (Lot 1) <br />and one 3.01 acre tract (Tract A) for a property located at 10101 Dillon Road, adjacent <br />to the Colorado Technology Center. <br />ED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of Aug4st, 2015 <br />By: <br />Robert P.
