already identified is the timing of <br />when the $600,000.00 check would <br />actually be deposited with the <br />District. It wouldn't change the <br />basic structure of when it would <br />actually be cashed or anything else, <br />but they've indicated that it might <br />make a difference to their board to <br />have that check written before the <br />alignment decision is made on <br />February 12, for example, rather <br />than after the four contingencies in <br />the agreement would take place. We <br />need to know if we have enough <br />flexibility within the framework of <br />this motion to negotiate those final <br />details. <br /> <br />Griffiths: <br /> <br />If we don't see a substantial change <br />we wouldn't and if anyone does, I'd <br />come back to the Council before any <br />signature was made. <br /> <br />Mayer: <br /> <br />That is part of my motion. <br /> <br />Lathrop, seconder, accepted that.
