14. The acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation, conservation, development or <br />redevelopment of a combination thereof of the 550 South McCaslin Urban Renewal Plan Area <br />pursuant to the 550 South McCaslin Urban Renewal Plan is necessary in the best interests of the <br />public health, safety, morals, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Louisville. <br />15. The acquisition of any property by the exercise of the power of eminent domain <br />shall be subject to approval of the City Council pursuant to the provision of the Plan. <br />16. The Plan does not contain any agricultural land. <br />17. The 500 South McCaslin Urban Renewal Plan satisfies applicable requirement of <br />the Law. <br />18.
