Call to Order— Helen called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm. <br />II. Roll Call — <br />Board Members Present: Helen Moshak, Mike Schantz, Christopher Smith, <br />Laura Scott Denton, Linda Smith, Missy Davis <br />Board Members Absent: Spencer Guthrie <br />City Council Members Present: Jeff Lipton <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull <br />III. Approval of Agenda — <br />Mike moved to approve the agenda as written. Missy seconded. The motion <br />was passed unanimously. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes — <br />Chris moved to approve the minutes as written. Linda seconded. The motion <br />was passed unanimously. <br />V. Staff Updates — <br />A. Colorado Open Space Alliance Conference registration is now open. The <br />conference will be held in Snowmass. The conference cost is $140 for 2 and a half days <br />(not including hotel). If interested, class descriptions can be found at <br />www.coloradoopenspace.orq and Ember also handed out a hardcopy of class <br />descriptions. Linda expressed interest in attending. <br />B. Trail repairs are underway at Coyote run on the main trail as well as the <br />branch leading to South Boulder Road. <br />C. The Coyote Run Slope Assessment report is complete and posted on the City <br />Website. Staff is awaiting direction from the City Manager and City Attorney regarding <br />next steps. <br />D. Staff has completed drainage improvements at the Davidson Mesa aggregate <br />parking lot. This should allow water to penetrate the concrete ring around the center <br />island in order for water to reach the drain. The lot will be re graded by staff this fall to <br />ensure positive drainage. The lot and lot perimeter has been hand weeded. <br />E. Graffiti has been removed from the McCaslin /Washington underpass again. <br />Due to the reoccurrence of graffiti at this location Parks & Rec has notified the Police <br />Department. <br />F.
