City of <br />Louisville <br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />July 21, 2015 <br />Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 PM <br />The City Council met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in the 1st Floor Meeting <br />Room at the Louisville Public Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />The following persons were present: <br />City Council Present: <br />Staff Present: <br />Mayor Bob Muckle <br />Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton <br />Council member Chris Leh <br />Council member Jeff Lipton <br />Council member Susan Loo <br />Council member Ashley Stolzmann <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Troy Russ, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Ken Swanson, Chief Building Official <br />Scott Robinson, Planner II <br />Dawn Burgess, Executive Assistant to the City <br />Manager <br />Call to Order— The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Dalton (Mayor Muckle joined the meeting at 7:06 PM) <br />Discussion — Board of Adjustment <br />Board member Jim Stuart and Planner I Scott Robinson reported that all cases <br />have been approved. Lot coverage administrative variance process has been <br />instituted. Administrative process is specifically for lot coverage. Scott described <br />process; if all adjacent property owners approve, the variance is signed off on. <br />The administrative fee is $75. <br />Script read at beginning of meetings is still cumbersome; board would like to <br />consider a handout. <br />The Board has no associate member and only 6 members. No meetings have <br />been missed but they want to assure quorum is easier to achieve.
