On the left hand side guest parking area, I noticed you had only deciduous trees on the plan to block the view of the guest parking from the sidewalk. I was wondering, if during the winter, that's going to make a highly visible parking facility. Silver: I agree with you that it probably should have some additional landscaping there than what is shown. I have added on the color drawings, that weren't on Council's copies, some landscape earth berms in both of those parking areas to help soften and block them a little from the sidewalk and the street. We will definitely add more evergreen trees in there. Sisk: How many square feet are there in the site?
