RESOLUTION NO. 66 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING BUSINESS <br />CENTER AT CTC GDP FOR A REZONING FROM PCZD -C TO PCZD =I, AND A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR A 120,877 SF SINGLE STORY <br />INDUSTRIAL/FLEX BUILDING WITH ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS FOR LOT <br />1, BLOCK 4, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for approval of an amendment to the existing Business Center at CTC GDP for a rezoning <br />from PCZD -C to PCZD -I, and a final planned unit development (PUD) plan for a 120,877 <br />SF single story IndustriaVFlex building with associated site improvements for Lot 1, Block <br />4, the Business Center at CTC; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 15, 2015, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated August 13, 2015, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said PUD extension to the City Council without <br />conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br />17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an amendment to the existing Business Center at CTC <br />GDP for a rezoning from PCZD -C to PCZD -I, and a final planned unit development (PUD) <br />plan for a 120,877 SF single story Industrial /Flex building with associated site <br />improvements for Lot 1, Block 4, the Business Center at CTC, without condition:. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of jpctober, 2 15 <br />By: <br />cy Varra, City Clerk <br />ity of Louisville, Colorado <br />Robert P.
