ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRITY: <br />From 2000 Survey <br />This building's historical integrity has been compromised slightly by the application of <br />vinyl siding over the historic exterior wall materials. There have been no additions to the <br />house within the past forty years. The construction of a new garage, circa 1980, has <br />diminished the integrity of setting to some extent. <br />The older, single -car garage mentioned in the 2000 survey was demolished. <br />ALTERATION CERTIFICATE REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting an alteration certificate to add a two -story duplex directly <br />south of the existing residential structure.
