RESOLUTION NO. 74 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 2,985 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE <br />1,292 SQUARE FOOT EXISTING COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT 945 FRONT STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for approval of a final planned unit development (PUD to allow for the construction of a <br />2,985 square foot addition at 945 Front Street, Lot 1, Block 1, Louisville Old Town; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned Commercial Community (CC); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br />complies with Louisville Municipal Code — Chapter 17.28 and the Design Handbook for <br />Downtown Louisville; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 10, 2015, where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated September 10, 2015, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of said PUD to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapters <br />17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve a final planned unit development (PUD) to allow for the <br />construction of a 2,985 square foot addition to the 1,292 square foot existing commercial <br />building at 945 Front Street with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant meet the resolve the comments in the Public Works memo date <br />September 1, 2015 related to water demand calculations, South Street <br />improvements, and storm water discharge. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day o October, ?015. <br />By: <br />Robert P.
