RESOLUTION NO. 72 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF SUPERIOR <br />FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND OPERATION OF AN <br />EMERGENCY POTABLE WATER INTERCONNECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville ( "Louisville ") and the Town of Superior ( "Superior ") <br />previously entered into an agreement to jointly design an emergency potable water interconnect; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a new Agreement has been proposed between Louisville and Superior to <br />provide for construction, maintenance, and operating guidelines for the emergency potable water <br />interconnect; and <br />WHEREAS, Louisville's Council finds that the proposed agreement is in the best interests <br />of Louisville and its citizens. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1.
