RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 2015 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING CITY OF LOUISVILLE PURCHASING POLICIES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted the City of Louisville Purchasing <br />Policy & Purchasing Card Program Requirements, dated August 7, 2012 (the "2012 <br />Purchasing Policies "); and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to update the purchasing policy; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared the City of Louisville Purchasing Policies, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit 1; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council wishes to amend the 2012 Purchasing Policies, to be <br />effective December 15, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the City of Louisville Purchasing <br />Policies, attached hereto as Exhibit 1, to be effective December 15, 2015. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of November, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Robert P.
