For the purposes of this section, "motor vehicle" means any self-propelled vehicle which is desi igled primarily for travel on the public highways and which is eng erally and commonly used to transport persons and property over the public highways, but excluding recreational vehicles as defined in section 17.20.165. DE. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation and for each calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be deemed to have been committed. Section 2. Chapter 17.20 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition of a new section 17.20.165, (words to be added are underlined) to read as follows: Sec. 17.20.165. Parking of recreational vehicles and trailers. A. Residential Areas: Recreational vehicles and trailers may be parked in residential zone districts subject to the following requirements: 1. Total maximum number allowed: A maximum combined total of two of the following ma} be parked or stored on a residential lot outside of a fully enclosed structure: • Recreational vehicle • Boat • Trailer • Boat on a trailer. 2. Number within front_yard setback: No more than one recreational vehicle or trailer may be parked or stored in the front yard setback, or in any area between the street and any wall of a structure facing the street. For corner lots, this restriction applies to all areas between the streets and the walls of the structures facing the streets. 3.
