City Manager Fleming said that the task force would be meeting to <br />discuss further options. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk that said that the task force needs to look at the bigger picture and to <br />remain flexible. He did not feel that $10,000 was an amount worth harming <br />relations with over and possible future projects between Louisville and Superior. <br />He felt that an IGA with Superior was essential. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Marsella said that she did not consider the money to be the <br />major issue but to establish a long-term agreement with Superior regarding <br />Library services. <br /> <br />Councilor Sackett agreed with the Mayor and said that it was important to work <br />cooperatively with Superior. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk said that he received a complaint from a resident that the I RS forms <br />were no longer available at the Library. Director Mojo said that the forms are <br />available online and that there had been problems with the I RS forms, such as, <br />the forms not arriving in a timely matter, where to put the many forms, etc. <br />Sandra Richmond, Library staff, added that other problems were that because of <br />the number of forms, the Library cannot have copies of all the forms and that <br />people would want Library staff to help them with filling out the forms. Ann Stoffel <br />said that Library staff help people find the forms online. <br /> <br />Meredith Davis, trustee, said that she appreciates how the services the Library <br />offers. She conveyed that while she was in New York, the Library there lost a <br />bond measure and when she visited the Library they had signs up about how the <br />Library was not buying books due to lack of funding. <br /> <br />7.
