Approve a Contract Amendment Between the City of Louisville and KDG <br /> Engineering(KDG) for the State Highway 42 and Traffic Signal <br /> Improvements Construction Management Agreement <br /> MOTION Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Council <br /> member Loo All were in favor <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Council member Loo voiced her congratulations to Louisville resident Isaac Green, a <br /> Monarch High School junior cross-country runner, who came in first in the 5A Division, <br /> in the state championship <br /> RECOGNITION OF MAYOR PRO TEM DALTON'S SERVICE <br /> 15-MINUTE RECESS RECEPTION <br /> Mayor Muckle explained this is Mayor Pro Tern Hank Dalton's last meeting because he <br /> is limited to serving two terms in office Mayor Muckle stated it was his pleasure to work <br /> with Mayor Pro Tern Dalton on the Historic Preservation Tax ballot language, various <br /> water issues and multiple budget sessions He voiced his appreciation to Mayor Pro <br /> Tern Dalton for his service to the City of Louisville over the past eight years <br /> Mayor Pro Tern Dalton stated he had the unique privilege of serving Ward III and the <br /> community as a whole He was thankful for having the opportunity to work with quality <br /> staff and the quality of the individual Council members He stressed it has been a very <br /> positive experience He praised the resilience of the City staff and their ability to <br /> manage challenges very well He expressed his thanks to the Mayor, Council, staff <br /> and the residents <br />
