Howard stated that he had spoken with Barlow and he (Barlow) and <br />the neighbors would like an opportunity to speak and work with the <br />City on alignments and the like about what happens in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that he was going out tomorrow night to look at the <br />situation and invited Mr. Barlow to accompany him.
