Davidson opened the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Tom Falacienski, Attorney with Grimshaw & Harring, Denver, <br />Colorado, stated that this ordinance and the next two (2) <br />ordinances are all related and have the result of amending three <br />(3) prior issues of Industrial Development Bonds of the City. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone else in the audience who wished to speak <br />in favor or against Ordinance No. 1097. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1097, Series 1993, <br />an ordinance amending the City of Louisville, Colorado, Industrial <br />Revenue Bond, Series 1981, and approving the form and authorizing <br />the execution of certain documents related thereto on 2nd reading. <br />Seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken.
