APRIL 14, 1993 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in special session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. and the following persons were present. Council Members: Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, Chuck Sisk, Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding Staff Present: Annette Brand, City Administrator Tom Phare, Dir. Public Works Steve Baysinger, Dir. Parks & Rec. (7:36) Also Present: Susan Griffiths, City Attorney Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk Absent: Rob Lathrop, Councilman, excused Wm. Hesson, City Treasurer APPROVAL OF AGENDA Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. NONE Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda. Howard. All in favor. Seconded by REGULAR BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION RELATED TO REVISIONS PROPOSED TO THE PURCHASE DOCUMENTS - LASTOKA PROPERTY Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, reminded Council that at their last meeting, they approved the purchase documents relating to the Lastoka property, including the purchase agreement, the IGA, and the conservation easements, subject to several conditions. Griffiths reviewed the conditions and advised Council of the status of those conditions from the meeting on April 7, 1993. 1.) The IGA, itself, would be revised to permit a northward movement of the ballfields, so that they could be located between the two (2) westerly proposed oil and gas wells. This required a revision of Parcel 1, since the northward movement would go above what was previously considered to be the northern most line of Parcel 1. The Lafayette and Boulder County representatives agreed to this northward movement of the ballfields. The general consensus was 1
