APRIL 14, 1993 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in special session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present. <br /> <br />Council Members: <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />Chuck Sisk, Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator <br />Tom Phare, Dir. Public Works <br />Steve Baysinger, Dir. Parks & Rec. <br /> (7:36) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Rob Lathrop, Councilman, excused <br />Wm. Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda. <br />Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />Seconded by <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/ACTION RELATED TO REVISIONS PROPOSED TO THE PURCHASE <br />DOCUMENTS - LASTOKA PROPERTY <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, reminded Council that at their last <br />meeting, they approved the purchase documents relating to the <br />Lastoka property, including the purchase agreement, the IGA, and <br />the conservation easements, subject to several conditions. <br />Griffiths reviewed the conditions and advised Council of the status <br />of those conditions from the meeting on April 7, 1993. <br /> <br />1.) <br /> <br />The IGA, itself, would be revised to permit a northward <br />movement of the ballfields, so that they could be located <br />between the two (2) westerly proposed oil and gas wells. <br />This required a revision of Parcel 1, since the northward <br />movement would go above what was previously considered to <br />be the northern most line of Parcel 1. The Lafayette and <br />Boulder County representatives agreed to this northward <br />movement of the ballfields. The general consensus was <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
