The requests for <br />proposals had outlined that the City would enter into a one year <br />contract with the successful auditing firm, with the option of <br />auditing the City's financial statements for the three subsequent <br />years (1992-1994). She stated that it's the recommendation of the <br />Finance Director, Sharon Asti-Caranci, that the City continue with <br />Bondi & Co. for the third year. <br /> <br />Sisk: <br /> <br />What did we pay Bondi & Co. in 19927 <br /> <br />Brand: $16,900. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council enter into the renewal of Bondi & Co.'s <br />contract for the 1993 audit at $16,900.00. Seconded by Mayer. <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard <br />being absent. <br /> <br />INFORMAL PUBLIC HEARING - SELF EVALUATION PLAN FOR PROGRAM AND <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />Chris Miller, Assistant to the City Administrator, stated that this <br />plan represented a comprehensive evaluation of the City's programs <br />and services for the Americans With Disabilities Act, as well as <br />the communication programs, and the employment activities of the <br />Human Resources Office. Essentially, this is a planning document <br />for the City. He stated that he was assisted in creating this plan <br />by Pat Hornbostel, Carolyn Markham, Mr. & Mrs. Mike Jensen, Carolyn <br />Manzanares, and Anna Scott. He explained that this document <br />becomes a public document for three years and is available for <br />public viewing during that three year period. It will be available <br />at the Public Library and at City Hall. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak to the <br />self-evaluation plan. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments or questions. <br /> <br />Mayer conveyed his thanks to Miller and the Committee for their <br />impressive work. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council approve the City's self-evaluation plan <br />for the Americans With Disability Act.
