JULY 13, 1993 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in special session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present. <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />Rob Lathrop, Chuck Sisk (5:45 p.m.), <br />Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Scott Ross, Acting City Attorney <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda. Seconded by Mayer. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, requested that Council go into <br />Executive Session for the purpose of consulting with and <br />considering the property appraisals on the Allenbaugh and Colacci <br />properties for the specific purpose of acquisition and only for the <br />purpose of receiving and considering appraisal information and any <br />value estimates that are a part of that information and to consider <br />any strategy related to the acquisition of these properties. She <br />explained that joining Council in Executive Session would be Mr. <br />Gerald Anderson, Appraiser of both properties, Tim Goddard, who is <br />the Attorney Council has designated in the event that condemnation <br />become a factor, and Scott Ross, acting City Attorney. <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk, read the required public statement (SEE <br />ATTACHED). <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go into Executive Session for the <br />specified topics, as described by the City Administrator, including <br />persons identified by the City Administrator. Seconded by Mayer. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that this Executive Session was for the purpose of <br />receiving information and negotiations to purchase the Allenbaugh <br />and Colacci property. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
