Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER - HERITAGE PARK <br />APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER - TENNIS COURTS PIRATES PARK <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - NW PARK LANDSCAPING/CONSTRUCTION WORK <br />PROCLAMATION - MED WEEK - SEPTEMBER 13-17, 1993 <br />PROCLAMATION - COLORADO SELF-ESTEEMWEEK - OCTOBER 11-15, 1993 <br />APPROVAL OF INCREASE FROM 30 TO 40 HOURS FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT <br /> OFFICER <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR PLANNING ANALYSIS SERVICES <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Hornbostel called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak on <br />any items not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS - ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayer commended Deanna Butterbaugh for going the extra mile in <br />making sure that the work in front of City Hall is getting done by <br />being there Saturday morning. <br /> <br />Howard commented about the flooding in some of the ditches around <br />town. He stated that people are putting their grass clippings and <br />trash into the ditches causing clogging. He asked the citizens to <br />please discontinue doing this, as it is causing many problems. <br /> <br />Sisk stated that he received the petition on the proposed Carlson <br />annexation and he personally agreed with the position of the <br />petition. He stated that there has been no formal action taken by <br />the developer in terms of any kind of trade and he wasn't sure what <br />the status was on said property. <br /> <br />Hornbostel inquired as to the status of this item. <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that Kent Carlson <br />expected to be making a presentation to Council at the Council <br />meeting on August 17, requesting annexation of that parcel and the <br />Daughenbaugh parcel next to Heritage Park, which he would give to <br />the city as a school site. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
