CONSENT AGENDA Hornbostel called for any other changes to the Consent Agenda. NONE Hornbostel moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. APPROVAL OF MINUTES APPROVAL OF BILLS APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER - HERITAGE PARK APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER - TENNIS COURTS PIRATES PARK APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - NW PARK LANDSCAPING/CONSTRUCTION WORK PROCLAMATION - MED WEEK - SEPTEMBER 13-17, 1993 PROCLAMATION - COLORADO SELF-ESTEEMWEEK - OCTOBER 11-15, 1993 APPROVAL OF INCREASE FROM 30 TO 40 HOURS FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR PLANNING ANALYSIS SERVICES PUBLIC COMMENTS - ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Hornbostel called for anyone in the audience wishing to speak on any items not on the Agenda. NONE COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS - ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Mayer commended Deanna Butterbaugh for going the extra mile in making sure that the work in front of City Hall is getting done by being there Saturday morning. Howard commented about the flooding in some of the ditches around town. He stated that people are putting their grass clippings and trash into the ditches causing clogging. He asked the citizens to please discontinue doing this, as it is causing many problems. Sisk stated that he received the petition on the proposed Carlson annexation and he personally agreed with the position of the petition. He stated that there has been no formal action taken by the developer in terms of any kind of trade and he wasn't sure what the status was on said property. Hornbostel inquired as to the status of this item. Annette Brand, City Administrator, stated that Kent Carlson expected to be making a presentation to Council at the Council meeting on August 17, requesting annexation of that parcel and the Daughenbaugh parcel next to Heritage Park, which he would give to the city as a school site. 2
