Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />October 26, 2015 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />establishment. Corporal Gordanier stated she would inquire about the follow up <br />on this incident. <br />Authority members discussed the incident and the necessary follow up. <br />Lipton moved the Authority order a show cause hearing. Tennessen seconded. <br />Roll Call Vote: Lipton — yes, Tennessen — yes, Carlson — no, Machado — no and <br />Hughes — no. Order to show cause failed. <br />Hughes moved the Authority table this report until the next Authority meeting with <br />a request for follow up investigation from the police department. Lipton <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />D. Incident Report - Mudrock's — 9/6/15 <br />This incident involved contact by an officer of an apparently intoxicated person. <br />Authority members noted there was no way to confirm the establishment was <br />involved in this incident. No further Authority action. <br />E. Incident Report — La Revolucion/Waterloo /Street Faire — 7/31/15 <br />Police were dispatched to La Revolucion on reported public indecency. The <br />Authority noted the establishments were cooperative in the investigation of this <br />incident and decided no further action was needed. <br />F. Incident Report - Waterloo — 8/25/15 <br />This incident involved a female who had fallen and hit her head. She and her <br />boyfriend had reportedly been drinking at Waterloo. Corporal Gordanier noted <br />she viewed the video from Waterloo and there was no indication of over - service. <br />No further Authority action. <br />G. Incident Report — Waterloo /Madera — 9/5/15 <br />A couple was at Madera, had alcohol service cut off, and then went to Waterloo. <br />It was noted Madera did the right thing by cutting them off, but there was some <br />question regarding the service at Waterloo. It was noted they were served and <br />then the drinks were taken away. <br />Authority members discussed whether there was enough evidence to order a <br />show cause hearing. Machado moved the Authority order a show cause hearing <br />on the September 5, 2015 event concerning Waterloo. Lipton seconded. Roll <br />Call Vote: Machado — yes, Lipton — yes, Hughes — no, Carlson — yes, and <br />Tennessen — no. Show cause hearing ordered. <br />Authority members discussed the date for the next Local Licensing Authority <br />meeting. <br />Lipton moved the next Authority meeting and show cause hearing date be set for <br />December 14, 2015 at 7:00 PM and a Special Prosecutor be appointed. Hughes <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />
