LOUISVILLE REVITALIZATION COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15 -03 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND <br />APPROPRIATING EXPENDITURES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016 <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Revitalization Commission's proposed annual budget <br />for the fiscal year 2016 has been prepared and submitted to the Board of Commissioners; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, such proposed budget contains all of the matters required by law; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed budget was provided to the Louisville City <br />Council for its approval, and the City Council has approved the Commission's budget <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on the proposed budget following <br />public notice of the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF THE LOUISVILLE REVITALIZATION COMMISSION: <br />Section 1. The Annual Budget for the Louisville Revitalization Commission, <br />for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016, is hereby <br />approved and adopted. Such 2016 Annual Budget document is attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof. <br />Section 2. Moneys are hereby appropriated for said fiscal year as provided in <br />said budget document. <br />ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2015. <br />ATTEST: Chair <br />Secretary <br />7 <br />
