Recreation /Senior Center and Aquatics Expansion Study <br />1/6/2016 <br />• No diving board for kids to learn to dive <br />Additional Comments <br />• Have separate warm -water and cool -water pools for various activities (aerobics, therapy, <br />leisure, competition, water polo, synchronized swimming, diving) (9) <br />• Strongly support the development of a new outdoor aquatic facility (separate from Memory <br />Square) in Louisville, including a larger pool, more play features for children, a bigger children's <br />pool, larger social area, more shade structures etc. (8) <br />• Year -round swim availability (7) <br />• Need 50 meter pool, competition grade (6) <br />• Lack of family changing rooms — need multiple rooms with shower / toilet / bench / sink and <br />NOT a pass through model.
