Council member Stolzmann <br />requested Consent Agenda Item J (Resolution No. 91, Series 2015) be moved to the <br />Regular Business Agenda. <br />Mayor Muckle moved to approve the agenda, as amended, seconded by Council <br />member Loo. Approval of First Amendment to Contract by and Between the City of <br />Louisville and WL Contractors, Inc. for Traffic Signal Maintenance <br />H. Award Bid for Dillon Road Underpass Repairs <br />I. Approval of the Construction Services Agreement with Action Direct, <br />LLC for the Lafayette/Louisville Boundary Area Drainage <br />Improvements Phase 11 Construction <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Keany thanked the Public Works and Parks and Recreation <br />Departments for all their good work with snow removal during this snowstorm. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Lipton reported on the success of the two Open Houses for the <br />Recreation, Senior Center, a possible aquatic center and Memory Square Pool. <br />Mayor Muckle echoed his thanks to the City crews for the hard work involved with snow <br />removal. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming requested two City Council volunteers to help draft the questions <br />for the Citizen Survey.
