Approval of Changes to the March 2016 City Council Meeting Schedule <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No items to report. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported the Boulder Weekly recognized the Coal Creek Golf <br />Course as the best golf course in Boulder County. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PROCLAMATION: ONE ACTION: ART + IMMIGRATION <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />Cultural Arts & Special Events Coordinator Janssen expressed her pleasure to accept <br />the proclamation on behalf of the Boulder County One Action — Art + Immigration <br />Steering Committee. This project is the first arts -based collaboration to take place in <br />the County. The intent is to present programs that foster community conversation on <br />historic and contemporary uses of immigration. Through the arts, personal expression <br />and individual cultures will be shared throughout 2016. The hope is to be able to <br />engage in meaningful discussion about ancestry and heritage and what everyone brings <br />to the community. Extensive planning efforts began in early 2015. The One Action <br />2016 Project Kick -Off Celebration will be held at the Longmont Museum on Saturday, <br />January 23, 2016 from 2 -5 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. She invited <br />and encouraged the public to attend the event. <br />
