Section 17.12.010.0 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows (words to be added are underlined): <br />Sec. 17.12.010. District categories. <br />C. In addition to the basic zoning districts established by this section, <br />there is established an overlay zone district designated as the Old Town overlay <br />district as defined and described in Section 17.08.352 of this Code. This district is <br />intended to encompass the historical Old Town residential area of the city in order <br />to maintain its existing character. Regulations may be established for this district <br />which shall apply in addition to, or as a modification of, the regulations <br />established for any underlying basic zoning district encompassed within the Old <br />Town overlay district. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective after the recording of the 1125 Pine <br />Street Minor Subdivision Plat in the records of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. Upon <br />such time, the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br />Section 5. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason such <br />decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance The City <br />Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof <br />irrespective of the fact that any one part be declared invalid. <br />Ordinance No. 1711, Series 2016 <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
