OCTOBER 6, 1993 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE CONTINUATION OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in continuation of the regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. and the following persons were present. City Council: Staff Present: Also Present: APPROVAL OF AGENDA Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, Chuck Sisk, Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding Annette Brand, City Administrator Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works Paul Wood, Dir. of Planning Bill Blankenship, Human Res. Officer Steve Baysinger, Dir. of Comm. Serv. Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police Susan Griffiths, City Attorney Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk Davidson announced changes to the Agenda. Co~.ncil under Item C and Item Cl Continuation of Track Inn. Item 6B was added as Item H to the Consent Calendar. Un~.er Item 1.1. Golden Concert Dust Abatement Resolution No. 37, Series 1993, The Increase in the Emergency Telephone Services to be added, goes to Item B on the Consent Calendar. III. A. Approval of Minutes, we would like to pull those, as they need to be reviewed by the City Attorney. III. C. Approval of Renewal of 3.2% Beer Retail Liquor License for the 7-11 Store. You are not able to hear that until the Liquor Licensing Authority has been established, so pull. Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda as amended. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. Any other changes to the Consent Agenda? Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda. Seconded by Mayer. All in favor.
