OCTOBER 6, 1993 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> CONTINUATION OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in continuation of <br />the regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, <br />Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order <br />at 7:08 p.m. and the following persons were present. <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />Chuck Sisk, Tom Mayer, Larry Hedding <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator <br />Tom Phare, Dir. of Public Works <br />Paul Wood, Dir. of Planning <br />Bill Blankenship, Human Res. Officer <br />Steve Baysinger, Dir. of Comm. Serv. <br />Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk <br /> <br />Davidson announced changes to the Agenda. <br />Co~.ncil under Item C and Item Cl Continuation of Track Inn. <br />Item 6B was added as Item H to the Consent Calendar. <br />Un~.er Item 1.1. Golden Concert Dust Abatement <br />Resolution No. 37, Series 1993, The Increase in the Emergency <br />Telephone Services to be added, goes to Item B on the Consent <br />Calendar. <br />III. A. Approval of Minutes, we would like to pull those, as they <br />need to be reviewed by the City Attorney. <br />III. C. Approval of Renewal of 3.2% Beer Retail Liquor License for <br />the 7-11 Store. You are not able to hear that until the Liquor <br />Licensing Authority has been established, so pull. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda as amended. <br />Seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />Any other changes to the Consent Agenda? Davidson moved that <br />Council approve the Consent Agenda. Seconded by Mayer.
