When facilities are improved or new facilities are built, <br />additional funds must be designated to pay for the construction and ongoing operations, maintenance, and staffing of the facilities. <br />The City will always seek alternative funding mechanisms like grants, partnerships and sponsorships to help fund new or ongoi ng projects; <br />however, additional tax revenues will be required to provide and develop additional quality recreational facilities. <br />16.
