The following is a summary of the <br />discussions and information gathered. The information has not been prioritized as to greatest <br />need, etc. <br />Likewise, Staff completed questionnaires. 58 responses were received, both online and hard <br />copy formats. <br />Group 1 - Senior Services <br />1. 3 full -time staff plus volunteers. <br />2. Very busy center. <br />3. Drop -in activities: billiards, computers, etc. <br />4. Catered lunch served M -F at noon. 3 -5 people /day volunteer. <br />5. 5 day trips per month. <br />6. Special events <br />a. February - annual fundraising dinner for emergency assistance needs. Average <br />of 400 people attend. <br />b. March - St. Patrick's Day, March for Meals <br />c. May - Older Americans Lunch, Art Show, Garden Sale <br />d. June - picnic <br />e. July - ice cream social <br />f. October - Oktoberfest <br />g. November - Thanksgiving feast <br />h. December - Holiday lunch <br />7.
