JI Co_Li 1MA National Trails Day (Volunteer Event) When: Saturday, June 11th from 9:00 to 11:00 am Where: Davidson Mesa Open Space Presented by: City of Louisville Open Space staff Appropriate Audience: Ages 12 and up Come join the Open Space Division for a trail build volunteer project on Davidson Mesa. Volunteers will be using shovels, picks, and rakes to realign two single -track trails on the north side of the property. The two current trails run up and down the fall line, creating large erosional cuts within the trail. The realignment will include installing reverse grade dips, water bars, and switchbacks to minimize damage fronkvter flowing down the trail.
