It is <br />required the location be established at that body's first regular meeting of the <br />year. <br />The City's Home Rule Charter requires that notice of City Council meetings be <br />posted in four locations. The City Attorney and City Manager's office recommend <br />that other boards and commissions follow the same public notice posting <br />practice. <br />Consistent with that recommendation, staff is recommending the Board of <br />Adjustment establish for the year 2016 the official locations for posting of Board <br />of Adjustment agendas as follows: <br />• The Lobby of City Hall, 749 Main Street <br />• The Louisville Public Library Bulletin Board, 951 Spruce Street <br />• The Louisville Recreation Center, 900 West Via Appia <br />• The Police / Municipal Court building, 992 Via Appia <br />• The City of Louisville website, www.LouisvilleCO.gov <br />
