the alleys in Blocks 1 and 2, Fisher Subdivision, and Grant Street <br />between Blocks 1 and 2, Fisher Subdivision." <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing asking for a staff presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the land exchange <br />agreement between the property owners and the city had been <br />executed, as required prior to this reading. Planning Commission <br />approved this on August 10 by Resolution No. 17. <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor or against Ordinance No. 1125. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments. <br /> <br />Howard wondered if the resident's concerns had been mitigated prior <br />to this reading. <br /> <br />Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director, stated that they had <br />a meeting with the residents and had addressed the concerns that <br />they have. There are items in the design that still will need to <br />be addressed in the ballfield. (INAUDIBLE). <br /> <br />Sisk stated that he, Councilwoman Hornbostel, and Councilman Mayer <br />were in attendance at the meeting and the residents were given a <br />chance to speak. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1125, Series 1993, <br />the Harper Street right-of-way vacation, on 2nd and final reading. <br />Seconded by Sisk. Roll was taken. Motion passed by a 6-0 vote <br />with Lathrop being absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1126, SERIES 1993 - ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVITWm, COLORADO, THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 601 JOHNSON STREET - <br />2ND READING - (PUBL. LSVL. TIMES) <br /> <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1126, Series 1993, "An <br />or~!inance annexing to the city of Louisville, Colorado, the <br />property located at 601 Johnson Street." <br /> <br />Davidson opened <br />presentation. <br /> <br />the public hearing calling for staff's <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that he would combine his <br />presentation for Ordinance No. 1126 and Ordinance No. 1127. He <br />explained that Ordinance No. 1126 and 1127 were approved at 1st <br />hearing on September 22 for annexation and zoning of the property <br />as Rural Residential respectively.
