Refer to Section 4.3 Vulnerability Assessment for detailed vulnerability to the flood <br />hazard. Due to the historical coal mining in the area subsidence of the land surface is a concern in <br />Louisville. Other hazards that could impact Louisville include dam failure, drought, hailstorm, <br />earthquake, extreme heat, lightning, tornado, windstorm, West Nile Virus and Pandemic Flu. <br />316 <br />
