The adopted Management Plan for this property identifies tho following goals: protecting community character, preserving the area's cultural and agricultural heritage and providing wildlife habitat and recreational & educational opportunities for the public. 2016 projects will likely Include completion of historic building preservation. Project scope and cost are typically decided by the joint owners after tho Louisville CIP process occurs so an amendment to the budget may be required. Please describe why this projoct is needed, how it supports City-wide goals and objectives, what realistic options or alternatives have boon considered, and what payback, or return on Investment has been calculated: Funding for this protect is needed to complete tho vision outlined in the Management Plan. Boulder County Youth Corp will be utilized when possible for all protects which will reduce costs. Future crop revenue will be used to offset routine maintenance costs.
